- Instructions :
One tablet daily with your main meal
Swallow with water or a cold drink and eat with a main meal, do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended amount. It should be taken on a full stomach. This formula is comprehensive, with other Pregnacare supplements and multivitamins. There is no need to take additional vitamins.
