It also provides essential nutrients for pregnancy, which include 400 mcg of folic acid and 10 mcg of vitamin D, as recommended by the United Kingdom Ministry of Health during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in addition to omega-3 capsules to provide a rich source of vitamin D. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the fetus.
